Booking Policy
A NON REFUNDABLE £30 booking fee for EACH SERVICE is required when booking an appointment which will be deducted on the day of the service, and the remainder must be paid via CASH or BANK TRANSFER on the day of your appointment. Packages must be paid in FULL PRIOR TO ANY TREATMENT. Please note that any treatments paid in full in advance are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Booking fees are non-transferable towards the balance of another treatment if multiple treatments are booked. They can only be rescheduled to a new date within the notice period of a minimum 48 hours, but cannot be applied to an already booked appointment.
Each appointment can only be rescheduled once; multiple rescheduling attempts will result in the loss of your booking fee, and a new booking fee will be required to rebook.
48 hour notice is required if you are unable to attend your appointment. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hour notice there will be a £30 fee to reschedule.
If you are looking to book an appointment on the SAME DAY please contact us to see availability.
If you cancel on the day of your appointment or fail to attend for any reason- including illness or any other circumstance- the card used to secure your booking will be charged the full remaining balance of the treatment. If you booked via bank transfer, you will still be required to pay the full remaining balance for the missed appointment.
NO SHOWS & GHOSTING WILL BE BANNED FROM BOOKING ANY FUTURE APPOINTMENTS WITH US.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, your deposit will remain valid for up to 6 weeks from the date of cancellation. You must reschedule and secure a new appointment date directly with us within this 6- week period. If 6 weeks pass and you have not booked your new date, your deposit will no longer be valid.
Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled, full payment will be taken and you will need to rebook with a new booking fee. Ensure you leave enough time for traffic and road closures. If we manage to go ahead with your appointment the time missed will be taken from your own session.

By making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood , and agreed to all of the policy. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to provide complete and accurate information regarding your medical history (past and present) before booking your treatments and to update us promptly if any changes occur. By proceeding with your booking you accept and consent to all terms and conditions stated in this booking policy.
PARKING
Free on-site parking is available for up to 3 hours. Please enter your vehicle registration into the tablet at gym reception within 10 minutes of arrival to validate your parking. Failure to register may result in a fine. Sculptaé is not responsible or liable for any parking fines issued.
Results & Refund Policy
A Sculptaé we are dedicated in delivering high quality, non surgical body sculpting treatments with care. However results will vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed, as outcomes depend on factors such as body type, metabolism, lifestyle, diet and adherence to recommended pre and post treatment care. Even when purchasing or completing a package of the recommended number of sessions, results are not guaranteed and may differ from person to person. For this reason we do not offer refunds on any treatments or packages once purchased. By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree that results are not guaranteed, multiple sessions may be required to achieve desired outcomes, and all sales are final.
UNSUITABLE CLIENTS
Body sculpting treatments are not suitable for clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding; have pacemakers or implanted medical devices; metal implants; heart or circulatory conditions; epilepsy or seizure disorders; active cancer; blood clotting disorders or a history of thrombosis; severe or uncontrolled diabetes; liver, kidney or autoimmune disease; hernias; varicose veins; lymphatic disorders; skin conditions, infections, inflammation, bruising or open wounds in the treatment areas; recent surgery or medical procedures; active illness, infection or fever, or who are taking blood-thinning medication unless medically cleared.
Clients who have undergone any surgery or cosmetic procedure are not eligible unless they are a minimum of 6 months post-operative, have completed all post-operative care, have no complications, and provide a written medical clearance note under all circumstances. No exceptions.
Body sculpting is for body contouring only and not a weight-loss treatment. Sculptaé reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if a client is deemed unsuitable or required medical documentation is not provided.
